Gantries

Designed in-house, our linear gantry has been developed to guarantee high service rate under the conditions of special foundry production with wide variations in temperature and dusty environments.
Its robust and precise design added to its latest-generation digital axes allow complex movements (interpolations) to be carried out while guaranteeing precision and repeatability positioning, even for low-cycle time applications involving a large number of motion sequences.
Thanks to its telescopic vertical axisour gantry can be installed in buildings with low roof heights, while guaranteeing optimum vertical travel.
Its high load capacity allows complex grippers to be fitted and heavy loads to be moved without compromising its technical characteristics.

Perfectly modular, it is possible to add to the two main axes (horizontal and vertical translation) a axis of rotation which allows the gripper to pivot aroud the vertical axis, and an auxiliary extension linear axis of the gripper. The addition of these axes increases the flexibility and range of use of our gantry while limiting the overall footprint of the gantry.
Each gantry being made to measureits horizontal and vertical strokes are adapted so that it perfectly matches the constraints of the application for which it is used.
Made up of modular blocks, the strokes of an existing gantry can be easily modified if its use changes.
