An ideal solution for high-volume production, the in-line casting cell aligns the die casting machines. Each casting machine is independent, enabling flexible, multi-reference production.

Our in-line casting cells enable simultaneous production with different cycle times, process parameters and numbers of moulds per casting machine.

Simultaneous production with several alloys of metal is even possible, to free up your production organisation once and for all!

Comprising quadratic gantries or anthropomorphic robots installed on an additional linear axis, our linear casting lines stand out for their modularity and versatility.

The architecture of our in-line casting cell (number of stations, ancillary equipment, etc.) is defined with our customers in the preliminary design phase as a function of process constraints (solidification time, quantity of metal to be casted per cycle, etc.) and the operations to be carried out (core setting, part marking, quality control, etc.).
